During my time as an In-Game Coordinator for the Los Angeles Angels, I have been able to develop my video editing skills in programs such as Premiere and After Effects. In addition to running the social accounts, my responsibilities have also included collaborating on creative projects from ideation to completion. Below are a few highlighted projects that I have created or provided editorial assistance for.

opening day

In support of the Angels video staff, I created the motion text portions of our 2020 Opening Day video. I have clipped the text portions of the video, which are highlighted in the four separate clips below. The full video can be found here.

angels clinch

With the team’s chance of making the postseason still alive, I created this video with the goal of announcing that the Angels had clinched a postseason berth. The tone of this video was intended to be comical and play off of the doubts exhibited by fans and media members earlier in the season.

Unfortunately, the Angels were eliminated from playoff contention, so this video was not used.

Please note that the high-five players clip at the end is a placeholder, intended to be replaced with the celebratory video following the team’s postseason confirmation.

pujols 661

Albert Pujols’ 661st home run solidified his place amongst the top 5 all-time home run leaders. To commemorate this incredible milestone, we wanted to feature a variety of assets. I created this motion graphic for Twitter to display a timeline of all the greats that Pujols has passed on his way to 661.
